Templates are provided in Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats. Word files are fully editable so you can customize them for your vessel.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a template doesn't meet your needs, get in touch and we'll work something out.
Do you offer custom documentation?
Yes, for vessels with specific requirements or larger projects, I can create custom documentation. Use the contact form to describe what you need.
Are the templates updated?
Templates are updated when regulations change. If you've purchased a template and a significant update is released, you'll receive the updated version at no extra cost.
Are templates suitable for my flag state?
Templates are designed to meet international standards (MARPOL, ISM Code) and are suitable for most flag states. However, some flag states may have specific requirements that need customization.
Do I need technical knowledge to use the templates?
